Who I am

For over a decade, I worked in community mental health — sitting with people in their hardest moments, learning what it means to hold space for suffering. That work shaped everything. In 2021, I trained in EMDR, and something shifted. I began to see what was possible when healing wasn't rationed by the hour.

I left to build something different.

My practice now is built around intensives and immersives — concentrated, retreat-like experiences designed for people who are ready to move. Not next year. Now. If you've been waiting for the right container, this is it.
